More than 14,000 employees in 20 countries want to change the world together with you. **Expert HR Analytics** ======================= Location: Nis What are your main tasks? * Develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics * Support workforce planning, personnel cost analysis, and forecasting * Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting processes and data quality * Manage and optimize SAP HCM processes and system enhancements * Collaborate with HR, IT, and Controlling on global HR initiatives * Support HR digitalization and transformation projects What are your qualifications? * Degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or a comparable field * Experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, HR Controlling, or SAP HCM * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Knowledge of SAP HCM, reporting tools, and Excel * Experience with HR data, reporting, and workforce planning * Fluent English skills And most importantly, what can you expect from us?
