We have an opening for you to become a Data & Analytics Spec I, where you will be positioned as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Here, your role will be:** Developing automation solutions for internal processes; creating and maintaining Python packages and tools; and building data pipelines in Databricks using PySpark. The role also involves supporting statistical and exploratory data analyses—ensuring quality, traceability, and reproducibility—as well as providing technical support for credit scoring and provisioning models, particularly during analytical database preparation and validation, output verification, and automation of analysis routines and replication. Continuous collaboration on technical process optimization, consistent use of Git, and documentation of developed solutions are expected. We also value knowledge of software engineering principles—including code organization and documentation—as well as interest in process automation and experience working in distributed environments such as Databricks, Spark, and PySpark. Experience or interest in working with data applied to scoring and provisioning models is considered a plus, as is the ability to understand and communicate in Spanish for collaboration with other units and international teams.
