Job Summary:
A process professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing workflows; developing documentation; proposing improvements; coordinating document validation; and facilitating meetings.
Key Highlights:
1. Process mapping and optimization using BPM methodologies.
2. Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analysis of process challenges.
3. Leadership in document validation and facilitation of meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPM methodologies (BPMN, SIPOC, flowcharts)
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for operational areas
* Record, version, and maintain an up-to-date process documentation repository
* Conduct process challenge and difficulty analysis based on methodologies such as BPM CBOK and FMEA
* Identify improvement opportunities and propose structured, evidence-based solutions
* Coordinate the document validation and approval cycle with responsible departments
* Gather and document functional requirements for system and platform implementation (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS)
* Facilitate alignment meetings, record minutes, and drive action plans with structured follow-up
* Create executive presentations for senior management and leadership, summarizing diagnostics, progress, and results.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Production Engineering, Management Processes);
* Knowledge of process management methodologies: BPM, BPMN, SIPOC, PDCA, 5W2H.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Familiarity with process modeling tools: Bizagi, Visio, or similar.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, clear and assertive communication, ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

**Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.**
