Professional maturity is expected to handle strategic information, ensuring control, consistency, and security in processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Execution and control of finance routines, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and expense control. * Involvement in billing activities, including issuance and verification of invoices, monitoring of receipts, and coordination with external accounting. * Preparation of periodic financial reports, support for monthly closing, and monitoring of financial and cost indicators. * Daily reconciliation of payment methods (credit/debit cards, PIX, and cash), receivables management, fees, advances, chargebacks, and resolution of discrepancies. * Validation of daily closings, verification of fund transfers and commissions, and support in organizing data for managerial reports. * Vendor management, including contract tracking, payments, deadlines, terms, and support in negotiations. **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience handling finance routines. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Organized, analytical, agile profile with a high level of attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the services, hospitality, or tourism sector. * Experience working in small or medium-sized enterprises. * Experience with financial systems or ERPs. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Fuel Voucher, TotalPass, Dental Plan, Bonus for achieving targets ### **Department:** Finance
