We are seeking a professional to coordinate activities of in-house and/or subcontracted teams on construction sites across all execution phases, monitoring work progress and controlling productivity, quality, and costs for assigned work fronts.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Be fully responsible for all on-site construction activities, including team management and related matters such as working hours and timekeeping;
* Critically analyze and report to the project lead regarding issues related to design compatibility, specifications, or any other problems identifiable prior to execution, thereby avoiding rework;
* Directly coordinate the construction team, guiding them on best practices in civil construction across various disciplines underway, depending on the project phase;
* Support procurement of equipment, materials, and services by receiving and directing suppliers to prepare quotations and submit proposals;
* Ensure all activities are executed according to company-established standards and described in Work Instructions, as well as inspect quality per Verification Checklists;
* Maintain daily construction logs;
* Verify and ensure that ongoing activities comply with occupational safety requirements and proper use of collective protective equipment (CPE) and personal protective equipment (PPE), per SESMT guidelines;
* Conduct periodic contract measurement jointly with subcontracted companies.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Technical course in Building Construction;
* Experience in construction execution and management of in-house/subcontracted teams;
* Ability to analyze and critically review engineering designs and budget spreadsheets;
* Availability to work in Cuiabá/MT;
* Willingness to undertake occasional travel.

Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$5\.170,00 per month
