Leadership in internal controls and compliance We are looking for a Controller to act strategically within our team, ensuring financial health, governance, and efficiency of our internal processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; • Solid experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or financial management areas; • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI is a plus); • Knowledge of accounting standards, financial analysis, and internal controls; • Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities * Develop, monitor, and analyze financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; * Conduct managerial analyses, proposing continuous improvements to optimize results; * Consolidate and interpret financial indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making; * Ensure compliance of accounting, tax, and financial information; * Support internal and external audits; * Manage cash flow, margins, costs, and financial performance; * Lead internal control, compliance, and corporate governance processes; * Establish and monitor finance department policies, procedures, and routines.
