Within the institution, the professional is integrated into the **CER III (Specialized Rehabilitation Center – Auditory, Physical, and Intellectual)**, developing integrated activities with the multidisciplinary team focused on rehabilitation and specialized follow-up. **1\. Performance in CER III Auditory** * Conduct hearing screening and assessment, supporting early detection of hearing loss; * Perform hearing aid fitting and audiological tests. * Monitor users during hearing aid and cochlear implant adaptation processes; * Guide families on auditory stimulation and prosthetic care; * Develop therapeutic strategies to stimulate auditory perception, comprehension, and oral expression; * Promote preventive actions against hearing loss and provide guidance on hearing health. **2\. Performance in CER III Physical** * Support communication for individuals with motor disabilities affecting speech by developing **Alternative Communication** resources; * Work on orofacial motor skills, contributing to improvements in chewing, swallowing, breathing, and articulation; * Develop strategies that enhance user autonomy in feeding and communication; * Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Therapeutic Projects together with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and physicians. **3\. Performance in CER III Intellectual** * Assess oral and written language and comprehension, identifying specific difficulties; * Develop therapeutic activities that promote functional communication and academic learning; * Stimulate reading, writing, and interpretation skills according to each user's developmental level; * Guide family members and teachers on language stimulation methods and everyday communication practices; * Support school inclusion through adapted speech therapy strategies. **4\.
