Job Summary: Assist with administrative tasks in the sales intelligence department, providing commercial support and organizing data for KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Support the sales department in using sales systems. 2. Assist in preparing reports focused on KPIs and metrics. 3. Organize data in sales systems to generate accurate KPIs. **Job Mission:** Assist with administrative tasks in the sales intelligence department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities: . User registration in the sales system; * Invoice entry in the system; * Commercial department support in using the sales system; * Assist in calculating commissions for sales teams based on data and performance; * Assist in populating and organizing data in sales systems and tools to generate accurate KPIs; . Assist the team in preparing reports, focusing on KPIs and metrics; **Requirements and Qualifications*** Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in data analysis and with TOTVS and Construtor de Vendas systems. * Excel \- Intermediate * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Science, or related fields. \- Intermediate * Totvs \- Intermediate **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher (VR): Multi R$ 40.50/day, no payroll deduction Internship Stipend * We are **VIC Engenharia**, a civil engineering company based in Minas Gerais, operating primarily in the government's “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” program.
