**Job Responsibilities:**
Perform administrative/operational credit department tasks, such as: conducting customer credit analysis according to pre-established procedures; updating customer records; and consulting credit protection agencies. Collect payments from delinquent customers. Provide customer service to address inquiries. Issue payment slips and monitor payments. Maintain up-to-date customer records.
**Qualifications that enhance your candidacy:**
Completed High School;
Prior experience in credit and collections is a plus;
Knowledge of financial management systems;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy;
Familiarity with the Consumer Protection Code is desirable.
