Opportunity to work in Philips' global Research and Development team, supporting product development activities, problem analysis, and technical training for other areas. The SVE (Sustaining Value Engineering) team supports all engineering aspects related to already launched global products, performs analyses, tests, and develops new parts and components to ensure product production continuity within quality requirements. **Your role** * Technical analysis of components. * Definition and development of mechanical or electromechanical parts or systems. * Assist in the creation/update of design documentation. * Assist in the development of test plans and protocols. * Execution and documentation of verification tests. **You are the right person if:** * You are currently enrolled in a higher education program in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Technology/Machine Design; * Expected graduation date starting from June/2027; * Intermediate/Advanced level in English; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Knowledge of SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD will be an advantage; * You are proactive, inquisitive, have strong analytical/systemic thinking, and enjoy teamwork. **How we work together** We believe we make a greater impact when we are together rather than apart. For our office team members, this means working on-site at least three days per week to collaborate and build connections with others. On-site roles require employees to be present full-time at company facilities. For field-based roles, job functions are performed more effectively outside company premises, typically at customer or supplier sites.
