Job Summary: Supervises material handling and storage operations, manages teams and HR processes, and optimizes procedures and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with suppliers, logistics carriers, and internal customers Job Responsibilities: Supervise material handling operations, determining the appropriate transportation method for each type of cargo to ensure proper packaging of products and equipment, preserving their integrity and quality, as well as the accuracy of quantities received, stored, and shipped; Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; Supervise inventory activities together with the team; Establish staffing plans aligned with required operational movements; Monitor employee shifts and attendance; Actively and responsibly participate in the recruitment process for new employees and in all Human Resources development initiatives; Define tasks outlined in the Work Instruction document and ensure their execution; Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by the warehouse team; Conduct and/or support daily safety dialogues with the team; Maintain contact with logistics carriers and suppliers regarding deliveries and returns of materials; Obtain priority information from internal customers regarding material requirements to guide dispatch scheduling and the teams under supervision; Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines; Identify opportunities to enhance and modernize equipment, facilities, and procedures to improve performance and productivity; Control general departmental expenses (consumables, telecommunications, IT supplies, fuel, etc.) to contribute to cost reduction in these areas; Monitor matters related to hiring, payroll, benefits, labor relations, and termination in coordination with HR; Follow up on audit execution to provide required documentation and address non-conformities; Guide and train the team in performing their duties.
