Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and attributions** * Perform activities according to safety, health and environmental procedures, correctly using PPEs and collective protection equipment to achieve Zero Accidents * Ensure employees comply with workplace safety, occupational health, environmental and cleanliness standards * Guarantee that electrical, preventive and corrective maintenance ensures equipment and machinery availability within the quality standards and deadlines required by the Metallurgy UGB customer areas, through: Task distribution / Support for management programs / High-performance oriented people management / Routine problem solving / Material inventory control / Monitoring and correction of process deviations * Ensure availability of lifting equipment in the unit (electric cranes and hoists) * Participate in production planning and control meetings, management meetings and other gatherings to meet or exceed department targets * Manage, monitor and prioritize costs through spreadsheets, ensuring budgeted values * Manage team climate and satisfaction through: Participation in HSEMS meetings / Daily feedback or during performance evaluations (SDV/OPT) with subordinate employees / Participation in three-way meetings / Ensuring salary equity in the area according to Nexa Resources policy * Conduct OPTs, ORTs and safety inspections under leadership responsibility to maintain absence of HSEMS deviations in the department * Participate in maintenance process improvement projects, controlling the X's and Y's of the process where acting, in order to keep parameters within established standards * Provide technical information to Six Sigma teams, process development or improvement teams * Analyze maintenance process results data and graphs, generate corrective and preventive anomaly analysis when necessary, involve and train maintenance personnel and technicians in routine management, reporting information to management * Organize and clean work areas, following waste disposal and selective waste collection procedures, to keep the workplace always clean and organized * Perform other activities as requested by immediate supervisors, in accordance with Zinc Business policies, objectives and goals **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation and Control, Electrical Engineering or Electroelectronics **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of Office Suite * Experience with PI System * Knowledge of SAP * Use of GOL and GQI systems **Skills and Competencies** * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification standards * Mastery of applicable NRs according to Competency Matrix mapping * Knowledge and practice of the Code of Conduct and Integrated Management Policy * Integration into Nexa corporate programs (NEXA Integration, Compliance and 7S Program) **Additional information** ***Nexa believes in promoting a plural environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable being themselves.*** We are one of the world's largest zinc producers!
