Case management and humanized client service We are seeking a lawyer for technical practice in Labor Law, with development toward hearing representation, assuming full legal responsibilities: conducting and preparing hearings, drafting legal documents, monitoring cases, and maintaining direct communication with clients and partners—all aligned with the firm’s culture. Main Responsibilities: Technical Practice (Labor Law) Case analysis, definition of legal strategy, and technical handling of cases under your responsibility. Drafting of procedural documents (initial pleadings, rebuttals, statements, appeals, various petitions), focusing on technical quality, clarity, and adherence to the firm’s standards. Organization of legal arguments, documents, and relevant client information for procedural support. Hearings Comprehensive preparation for hearings: case review, script development, identification of critical issues, alignment of narrative and strategy. Conducting and attending hearings with confidence, ethics, and technical competence. Recording post-hearing follow-up actions and required tasks (deadlines, documents, internal guidance). Case Management and Monitoring Monitoring case progress and deadlines, ensuring strict compliance and predictability for the firm. Organizing internal case tasks (what needs to be done, by whom, and by when), maintaining control and clarity. Coordination with the administrative department to request, verify, and validate required documents. Supervision and Quality Control of Legal Documents (where applicable) Guiding and reviewing legal documents and tasks prepared by support staff/interns, ensuring technical standards, accuracy, and strategic alignment. Providing clear, pedagogical direction to contribute to team development. Client Service (humanized, clear, and objective) Clear, ethical, and objective communication with clients, using accessible language and avoiding unnecessary legal jargon. Ongoing legal updating and practical courtroom experience, reflected in reliable client guidance. Keeping clients informed about case status, next steps, and risks—reducing anxiety and increasing trust. Ensuring the firm’s service standard: empathy, active listening, professional conduct, and responsible follow-up. Alignment with Partners and Firm Culture Efficient communication with partners, recording relevant information and supporting strategic case decisions. Adherence to and reinforcement of the firm’s standardized workflows, templates, and checklists. Proposing continuous improvements: suggesting adjustments to routines, templates, and workflows to reduce rework and enhance quality. Requirements: Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Practical experience in Labor Law. Strong legal writing skills and capacity for technical argumentation. Organized and deadline-oriented profile. Excellent client communication (especially via WhatsApp and digital channels), with a humanized and professional demeanor. Proficiency with technology and case management systems (Astrea) and everyday digital tools. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence will be an advantage. Solid experience in hearings (or strong interest and availability to develop as a hearing attorney). Prior experience in law firms with standardized routines, checklists, and quality control. Experience handling high-volume cases without compromising quality or organization. Regular courses/updating in Labor Law.
