Responsibilities: * Process daily invoicing for completed sales. * Maintain daily contact with customers to ensure the equipment rental schedule remains up to date. * Request equipment pickups via the dedicated pickup group. * Keep the cash register updated and reconciled, ensuring physical cash balances align with system records. * Archive active and completed contracts, including return manifests. * Send invoices via e\-mail. * Assist in collecting overdue invoices. * Review the customer's debt report prior to contract renewal. Requirements: * Completed high school education (university studies in progress preferred). * Prior experience in the commercial field. * Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
