Become IMPACTO To apply for this position, you must: * Be currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a technical program in Information Technology * Have at least one year of experience in the field. * Manage and monitor the company's IT equipment. * Provide internal user and remote (home-office) support * Analyze office infrastructure and propose improvements * Supervise printers * Monitor internal network usage * Support data security compliance with LGPD. * Periodically submit equipment inventory reports. * Perform preventive and detective maintenance on the company's information technology tools. * Provide internal support for tools: Dominio, Gestta Messenger, Conta Azul, and Onvio * Manage the internal email system * Conduct periodic reviews of internal and external access permissions . Manage and monitor backups . Implement AI tools
