We are seeking a professional with strong analytical vision, excellent organizational skills, and solid experience in production planning and control—capable of strategic action and direct contribution to the operational efficiency of the department. **Responsibilities:** * Perform production planning, scheduling, and control based on demand, production capacity, and company priorities. * Issue, monitor, and adjust production orders, ensuring alignment among involved departments. * Monitor daily production flow, anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions. * Update and analyze data in the ERP system (Protheus is a plus), ensuring information reliability. * Prepare and interpret performance reports and indicators (e.g., On-Time Delivery, productivity, efficiency, inventory turnover). * Participate in machine capacity analysis and strategically distribute orders to optimize operations. * Monitor and support inventory control for raw materials, supplies, and finished goods, ensuring availability for production. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing adjustments and implementations that support growth and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP). * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with ERP systems (Protheus experience is considered a plus). * Analytical mindset, sense of priority, proactivity, and strong interpersonal communication skills. **Benefits:** * Breakfast provided at the workplace * Monthly food basket * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy discount program * Commuter allowance or shuttle service * Free parking * Life insurance **Working Hours:** 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$3,763.42 – R$4,767.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Commuter allowance
