Then this opportunity is for you!** We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Analyst to join one of the largest universities in Santa Catarina (SC). **Responsibilities and Duties** **In your day-to-day work, you will perform the following activities:** Validate tests for the development of the university’s financial system and its integration with the accounting system. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Check below what you’ll need to succeed in this opportunity!** **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Experience as a Functional QA Analyst in web projects; * Experience creating and executing test cases and functional test scripts; * Hands-on experience with structured manual testing (functional, regression, smoke); * Ability to understand and validate complex business rules, preferably financial ones; * Experience with bug-tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, YouTrack, or similar); * Proficiency in writing SQL queries (SELECT, simple JOINs, filters); * Understanding of REST APIs (testing via Postman, Insomnia, etc.); * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Strong communication skills to describe scenarios, inconsistencies, and reproduction steps; * Prior experience with financial systems, billing platforms, reconciliation tools, or ERPs. **PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE** * Knowledge of automated testing (Cypress, PHPUnit, Jest, Selenium, etc.); * Basic understanding of CI/CD; * Familiarity with version control concepts and Git; * Prior experience with educational systems or ERP solutions; * Experience analyzing logs or performing technical troubleshooting. **Additional Information** **Deliver IT will leave its mark on this project—and we’d love to invite you to be part of this journey!** We foster a light-hearted, relaxed, collaborative, and diverse culture, along with an enriching environment full of highly skilled colleagues across various domains and many challenging opportunities.
