A corporate security company located in Porto Alegre is hiring an **electronic designer**. This professional will be responsible for defining hardware scope and specifications, creating schematics, and validating printed circuit board (PCB) layouts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define hardware scope and specifications for new products; * Create schematics and validate printed circuit board (PCB) layouts; * Develop firmware in C/C\+\+ (bare metal); * Perform prototype validation and testing; * Test and certify electronic components; * Collaborate with Development, Support, and Production teams. **Requirements:** * Experience in embedded systems development; * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, OR completion of an Electronics Technician program; * Solid hardware expertise with over 3 years of experience; * Proficiency in C/C\+\+ programming (bare metal); * Knowledge of microcontroller peripheral architecture and access methods; * Printed circuit board; * Firmware development experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Renesas microcontrollers; * Experience with version control systems (SVN or GIT); * Familiarity with Tango SCH schematic design software. **Additional Information:** **Work Arrangement:** On-site **Location:** Porto Alegre/RS **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
