Work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical projects **Job Description:** Position: Civil and Electrical Construction Helper \- CPFL Energia Projects Type: Permanent Project Locations: Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, and other cities in the interior of RS. Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are mandatory. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2 schedule: For candidates residing in the project city or with easy access. * 21x2 schedule: For candidates residing in cities farther from project sites but still within Rio Grande do Sul. * 90x10 schedule: For candidates residing in other states. Desired Profile: Must reside in Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, or be willing to work in these regions. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are required. Experience in civil construction activities (any role in this field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical projects, including de-energized transmission works or near energized areas (ground-only work only). Assisting engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
