Sicoob Creditapiranga SC/RS is seeking a **Relationship Manager** to work consultatively with cooperative members, delivering close, personalized, and results-oriented service.
This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of legal entity cooperative members, identifying business opportunities, offering comprehensive financial solutions, and contributing to strengthening the relationship between the cooperative member and the cooperative.
As a **Relationship Manager for Legal Entities**, you will be a key player in executing our commercial strategy. Your mission is twofold: attract and engage new cooperative members by delivering a welcoming, consultative service experience from the very first contact; and strengthen long-term relationships with your portfolio, acting as a true financial partner in achieving dreams and goals.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage the cooperative members' portfolio, ensuring profitability, retention, and satisfaction (NPS).
* Conduct proactive, consultative prospecting to expand the cooperative members' base and increase usage of products and services.
* Ensure activation of new cooperative members, encouraging adoption of multiple financial products (checking accounts, credit, investments, insurance, consortia, etc.).
* Plan and execute visits, service interactions, and outreach based on commercial roadmaps (playbooks) and performance indicators.
* Monitor portfolio indicators (IAP, INAD, time to first sale, service revenue), proposing improvement actions.
* Contribute to achieving the Service Point (PA) performance targets in partnership with the PA Manager and Commercial Management.
* Operate in compliance with internal policies and Sicoob System regulations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in operations.
**Location:** Três Passos/RS.
**Work Modality:** On-site, with availability for travel.

**Requirements:** **Requirements and Qualifications**
**Education:**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
* **ANBIMA CPA 10/20 and/or CEA certification**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Finance, or Cooperative Studies is desirable.
**Experience:**
* Prior experience in financial business, consultative service, or managing client portfolios within credit cooperatives, banks, or other financial institutions.
* Knowledge of credit analysis, financial products, and consultative sales techniques.
