It’s about creating a culture where our people can consistently thrive. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * Support store sales operations and staff as the third-in-command, fulfilling the role of responsible manager in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure store management and supervision, guaranteeing adherence to adidas customer service standards. * Collaborate on achieving store KPIs and ensure the team understands them and how they contribute; suggest necessary adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency in customer service and sales. * Help ensure store policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working and shopping environment, and support team training to uphold adidas standards and mitigate risks. * Supervise and support various store tasks (e.g., cash handling, inventory, and sales), performing them alongside the team when needed to ensure smooth store operations and optimal customer service. * Lead and motivate the assigned team, support recruitment and training of other team members, provide necessary tools for high performance and achievement of store objectives, ensure employee engagement, productivity, and a high-performance culture, and lead by example as a Brand Advocate—consistently demonstrating adidas culture to reinforce adidas values. * Support the Store Manager in training the team on all digital and omnichannel sales tools and solutions, and deliver post-sale service to ensure a perfect shopping experience. * Complete all applicable training programs—including Foundational and Seasonal Brand—and demonstrate thorough product knowledge, effectively applying learning in practice. * Always prioritize the team, treat all colleagues with full respect, and actively contribute to making your workplace an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills and Knowledge:** * Knowledge of all store operational tools and processes, store functioning, and how to achieve KPIs. * Understanding of Visual Merchandising standards to drive conversion through strategic actions. * Actively connect, engage, and inspire consumers.
