We are looking for a **Process Analyst** to strategically support the mapping, analysis, and improvement of company processes, promoting standardization, operational efficiency, and cross-departmental integration. Key Responsibilities: * Map, model, analyze, and document company processes using the **BPMN** methodology; * Design and review **AS IS and TO BE** process flows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement; * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and gaps in processes, proposing solutions in collaboration with involved departments; * Ensure standardization, updating, and organization of process documentation and work instructions; * Promote process culture, quality, and continuous improvement across the organization; * Support the structuring, monitoring, and evolution of the **5S Program**, including validation of methodology implementation across departments; * Support internal process and quality audits, assisting in defining and executing action plans; * Organize and structure process-related requests, gathering information and understanding requirements; * Support requirement definition and specification in collaboration with requesting departments; * Prioritize and negotiate requests with stakeholders; * Support project planning by defining timelines, schedules, records, and tracking deliverables; * Conduct follow-up on activities, monitor progress, and prepare periodic **status reports**; * Monitor validations and implementations of improvements or projects, ensuring cross-departmental integration; * Support knowledge transfer through documentation and guidance to involved departments; * Comply with internal guidelines, corporate policies, legal requirements, and **LGPD** regulations.
