Job Summary: Responsible for controlling access to the clinic, ensuring security and organization while maintaining courtesy and attentiveness to foster a welcoming environment. Key Highlights: 1. Act with courtesy, discipline, and attentiveness to ensure a safe environment. 2. Monitor security and report anomalies, providing support during emergencies. 3. Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver humane service to the public. Responsible for managing access for visitors, staff, and suppliers, ensuring security and order at the clinic’s entry and exit points. Must act with courtesy, discipline, and attentiveness to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control access for patients, companions, visitors, suppliers, and staff; * Record entries and exits according to internal procedures; * Guide and provide basic information about the institution and hospital departments; * Monitor and safeguard the hospital environment’s security, reporting any anomalies to the responsible team; * Enforce internal regulations and institutional protocols; * Support emergency situations by notifying responsible personnel when necessary; * Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver humane service during public interactions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in reception or security is an advantage; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the public; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. **Additional Information** \*Benefits:\* Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher Attendance Card Meal Voucher or Food Allowance Health and Dental Plan – no monthly fee for the employee Annual Bonus based on achieved goals GymPass – access to gyms and wellness services Life Insurance **Working Hours:** * 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- 12x36 shift We are a strong, experienced group driven by health.
