We are seeking a **Store Operator – PwD** to work in our stores, contributing to a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative environment. **Work Location** \- Bourbon Shopping Novo Hamburgo \- Av. Nações Unidas, 2001 \- Rio Branco **Working Hours:** Rotating schedule 6 days on / 1 day off \- 9:40 AM – 6:00 PM or 1:40 PM – 10:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Providing friendly and respectful customer service; * Supporting store operational routines; * Organizing and restocking merchandise; * Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness; * Complying with internal policies and company procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Valid medical certificate confirming disability, in accordance with applicable legislation; * Availability to work in a retail store environment; * Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team. Minimum Educational Requirement: Elementary Education (1st level)
