We are looking for a professional to join our IT Support team, focusing on end-user assistance and resolution of day-to-day technical issues. Main Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and assistance to users (on-site and/or remote); * Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to systems, networks, and equipment; * Perform basic configurations of computers, software, and peripherals; * Log and track support tickets, ensuring organization and responsiveness in service delivery; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Requirements: * Completed high school education (an advantage: currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or higher education program in IT or related fields); * Basic computer skills (Windows, internet, Office suite); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn; * Prior experience in the field is not required.
