Controller Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and consolidating the budget, administrative trial balance, financial and cost analyses, and supporting performance management and international units. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the organization's budget 2. Perform cost and contribution margin analyses 3. Support business management with a focus on optimizing results Participate in the preparation, interpretation, and consolidation of the organization's budget, compiling data and analyzing information such as amounts and allocations (businesses, markets, and companies), issuing and disseminating reports. Prepare the administrative trial balance (managerial). Perform calculations to determine working capital position and net working capital requirements, treasury balances, and other financial indicators. Support business management with a focus on optimizing results through continuous improvements. Support the management of overseas units in accounting and managerial aspects. Conduct cost and contribution margin analyses. Anticipate potential variations in the company's results. Ensure synergy between accounting and controller functions, maintaining awareness of differences between accounting and managerial information. Identify and track potential process issues. Analyze and disseminate monthly managerial closing reports, paying attention to deadlines and information reliability. Plan external audits together with the technical accountant in charge. Manage teams, organize vacations, conduct performance evaluations, and update the Management Information System. Completed postgraduate degree. Knowledge of costs and general and managerial accounting, results analysis, index and statistical report preparation, control, forecasting and budgetary analysis, investment project feasibility analysis, and financial mathematics.
