




Job Summary: A professional to coordinate technical operations, manage projects, optimize the customer journey, and develop customer success strategies—ensuring satisfaction and engagement. Work on OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and occupational health management Execution, management, and organizational capabilities: * Scheduling of technical visits (one-time or recurring), as well as any other activities involving the company's occupational safety technical team at our clients' sites. * Ability to plan, communicate, and monitor service delivery schedules (e.g., reports, training sessions, etc.), align priorities, and keep the technical team engaged. * Engage with clients to understand their needs and collect feedback for service improvement. * Analytical capability to identify bottlenecks, delays, and opportunities for operational process improvement. Customer success strategy development: * Map the customer journey from onboarding through renewal or cancellation. * Segment customers (by size, potential, maturity) and define personalized relationship strategies. * Collaborate in developing new services and products. * Churn management. * **Requirements:** * Experience in operational coordination roles. * Prior experience managing a business and/or knowledge of what is required to start a business (basic legal, accounting, tax, etc.). * Proficiency in project management and agile prioritization tools and methods (Kanban, basic Scrum). * Prior experience with OHS and/or understanding of occupational health’s role in business management. * Proficiency in data analysis tools. * Prior experience as a team leader and/or direct supervisor. * Familiarity with process management (routines, KPIs, deadlines, cadencing). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Discipline in using digital management tools (Lemed-specific management system, spreadsheets, Kanban, etc.). * Availability for on-site work in São Francisco de Paula \- RS (hybrid model possible in the future). * **Desirable:** * Prior experience managing a business and/or knowledge of what is required to start a business (basic legal, accounting, tax, etc.). * Proficiency in project management and agile prioritization tools and methods (Kanban, basic Scrum). * Prior experience with OHS and/or understanding of occupational health’s role in business management. * Proficiency in data analysis tools.
