Responsibilities Conduct quotations and negotiations with national and international suppliers; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules; Control and keep supplier and material records updated; Support purchasing planning according to demand and inventory; Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and cost targets in acquisitions; Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Previous experience as a Purchasing Analyst (minimum 2 years); Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g.: TOTVS, SAP, etc.); Proficiency in Excel and Office suite; Good communication skills and negotiation ability.
