Negotiation and consolidation of supplier quotations The construction company seeks a Budget Engineer in Sapucaia do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Prepare comprehensive budgets for participation in public tenders and private commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with the requirements of each type of client. Analyze tender documents, annexes, terms of reference, and official spreadsheets, identifying risks, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Interpret requests from private companies, understanding scope, needs, and commercial parameters. Develop cost spreadsheets and proposals using advanced Excel, ensuring data accuracy. Request, negotiate, and consolidate supplier quotations for price composition, among other duties related to the role. Previous experience as a Budget Analyst, Cost Engineer, Budget Specialist, or Planning Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
