Focus on continuous delivery of value and team motivation. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including their principles, practices, and applicability across different contexts; * Experience with agile project management tools like Jira and Trello for planning, tracking, and controlling team activities; * Familiarity with Azure DevOps platform, including its features for project management, source code versioning, build and release, and testing; **Essential Skills:** * **Scrum Ceremony Facilitation:** In-depth mastery of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, and Retrospective), with the ability to conduct them effectively and engagingly, ensuring active participation from all team members. * **Impediment Management:** Ability to identify, analyze, and remove impediments that may block team progress, seeking creative and collaborative solutions. * **Promotion of Agile Practices:** Deep knowledge and hands-on experience applying agile practices—such as incremental development, continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery—to optimize the development process and deliver customer value. * **Conflict Management:** Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts constructively, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. * **Team Motivation:** Skill in inspiring and motivating teams, creating a positive and challenging work environment where members feel engaged and committed to project goals. * **Continuous Delivery of Value:** Focus on delivering value to customers incrementally and continuously, prioritizing features that generate the highest business impact and value. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Holding one or more of the following certifications: Scrum Alliance, PSM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Fundamentals, ASF, ASM; * Experience in the financial sector; * Experience in leadership roles for development teams within acquiring companies.
