Teamwork and organizational sense **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate grain drying equipment, managing control and heating devices to remove water or volatile liquids from materials; * Prepare and operate grain transportation systems; * Perform first-level maintenance on machines; * Prepare machines and equipment for operation; * Monitor machine operation; * Perform or identify routine maintenance on machines and equipment; * Use appropriate materials to carry out tasks, ensuring organization and proper condition, following usage procedures; * Clean and store waste under safe conditions; * Test machines and equipment according to safety standards; * Lock out equipment under hazardous conditions; * Configure/adjust/modify machines and equipment; * Demonstrate organizational sense, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Show willingness for professional development; * Identify unsafe conditions; * Feed wood into dryers; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Follow company occupational health and safety and information security policies (use of PPE); * Comply with applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal regulations; * Propose process improvements; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; Use company-provided financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Reside in the city of operation. * Prior experience with grain dryers is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
