Then apply now for this Winder Operator opportunity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify winding priorities based on Kanban and supervision guidance; * Load and unload wire containers from drying ovens; * Weigh extruder output and waste, generating identifications and recording data in production systems; * Wind monofilament bundles on vertical winders according to operational procedures related to safety, materials, and quality; * Monitor winding quality by keeping filaments aligned and removing any broken strands; * Transport and store monofilament containers at designated locations; * Cover meal breaks on other machines and/or processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Agility; * Strong interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM; alternate Saturdays, 5:00 AM to 12:40 PM.
