During the training period, monitor and operate assigned workstations by supplying or collecting materials, products, or ingredients from production equipment. Operate hoists and overhead cranes when necessary. Assist in preparing machines and other equipment by replacing devices, activating control panels, and checking the quality of processed products to meet operational requirements. Process raw materials and products by operating specific controls and monitoring final product quality. Perform various other related tasks inherent to the role within the production area. Contribute to improving the work environment through housekeeping activities (5S). Follow and promote selective waste collection to enhance the work environment and comply with ISO 14001 standards. Ensure environmental preservation and commitment to preventing all types of pollution by complying with applicable Federal, State, and Corporate legislation, as well as with practices, regulations, procedures, and controls of the Integrated Management Process for Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environment, supporting the implementation of continuous improvements in all Bridgestone activities and processes, aiming for operational excellence.
