The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining backend solutions, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security. **Responsibilities:** Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python. Implement solutions for system and API integration. Develop and manage databases, ensuring their performance and integrity. Collaborate with other development teams to ensure component integration and interoperability. Conduct software testing to ensure the quality and correct functionality of developed solutions. Participate in code review processes and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. **Qualifications and Requirements:** Proven experience as a Backend Developer, especially with Python. Solid knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Experience using and developing RESTful APIs. Understanding of security principles applicable to application development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile team environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with container technologies such as Docker. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Experience with CI/CD and automation tools.
