To drive the tech ecosystem with us, learn more about Senior’s Technology Manifesto **LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** This opportunity is to join our DevSecOps team—a team playing a pivotal role at Senior, enabling dynamic collaboration. **Our purpose is to facilitate collaboration across teams**, aiming to improve efficiency, security, reliability, and agility **throughout the software development lifecycle.** We’re seeking a professional to join our team in **implementing practices, tools, and automation** that **enable continuous integration, continuous delivery, and vulnerability prevention.** We continuously strive to eliminate barriers between development, testing, deployment, and system maintenance stages. Our responsibility is to ensure changes occur rapidly, securely, and reliably—while also ensuring compliance with regulations and privacy requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Develop automation solutions for development, testing, deployment, and operations processes using CI/CD tools; * Manage the CI/CD pipeline—including configuration, maintenance, and optimization—to cover automated testing, code reviews, and integration of security tools; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define efficient technical solutions; * Manage DevSecOps infrastructure using containers and container orchestration (K8S and AWS), facilitating application deployment. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Has experience in automation using Golang/Python/Bash; * Has experience with React, NodeJS, and Python programming; * Has hands-on experience with Git and familiarity with Git Flow; * Has experience with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform; * Has knowledge of Maven, NPM, and NuGet for build and dependency management; * Has knowledge of testing tools such as JaCoCo and Karma; * Has knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL; * Is familiar with agile software development practices; * Has cloud experience, preferably on AWS. **WHAT COULD BOOST YOUR PROCESS:** * Experience creating GitHub Actions/Workflows and administering GitHub. * Experience with GitOps using ArgoCD. **Our Benefits:** * Medical and dental plans; * Life insurance; \- PPLR \- Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Wiipo card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club offering exclusive discounts and advantages; \- TotalPass \- Gym and wellness benefit; * Banked hours; * Citizen company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Newborn assistance; * Pet care assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **Our Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
