**Job Description**

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with a proactive profile and a refined technical perspective to work on developing solutions for critical infrastructure, power systems for telecommunications and data centers.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively participate in the design of products and/or solutions;
* Perform electrical sizing of products and solutions and, depending on the project type, generate calculation memoranda, manufacturing material lists, and installation material lists;
* Define topologies, components, and materials, generating technical documentation (electrical diagrams, software configurations, test instructions) and customer documentation (product technical manuals);
* Provide second-level technical support for products and solutions developed and commercialized by Delta Brasil;
* Configure equipment software (controllers, HMIs, etc.);
* Support analysis and resolution of potential field failures;
* Conduct or supervise product certification tests (thermal performance, noise, watertightness, and electromagnetic compatibility);
* Define schedules for activities under your responsibility;
* Conduct site inspections for special projects to define project requirements, which will guide product and/or solution development;
* Record and document project activities according to ISO9001 requirements;
* Comply with company and customer safety standards and procedures;
* Stay updated on new technologies and tools, including possible international travel for specialized training.

**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering with emphasis on power systems, or related fields;
* Solid knowledge of power systems (three-phase systems, power factor, harmonics, reactive power compensation, power system stability, load dispatch);
* Knowledge of grounding and protection against overcurrents and overvoltages, including protection selectivity analyses;
* Familiarity with power electronics products such as switched-mode and/or thyristor-based rectifiers, UPS systems, and inverters (operating modes, specific characteristics, application methods);
* Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, and SolidWorks;
* Experience designing distribution and control panels, including MCCs, PDUs, RPPs, and QGBTs;
* Experience in product design and documentation (customer and manufacturing documentation), as well as component registration and material list management in MRP systems;
* Proficiency and knowledge to produce execution drawings and calculation memoranda, including power cabling and busbar sizing;
* Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking);
Fluent Portuguese with strong writing skills for producing technical documents and customer-facing deliverables;
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts);
* Willingness to travel occasionally;
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Knowledge of renewable energy systems (e.g., solar);
* Substation design knowledge;
* Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP);
* Basic programming knowledge (preferably in automation-oriented languages).
