Job Summary: The Front-End/UX team seeks curious and interactive professionals to define best practices and standards, ensuring agile and high-quality system development. Key Highlights: 1. This team has the freedom to define Front\-End development best practices, development standards, and which features to implement on screens, with the goal of enabling agile and high-quality development. Work will closely align with the architecture and technical leadership teams, aiming to ensure the technical sustainability of proposed solutions. Responsibilities and Duties Evaluate and suggest usability improvements for production systems Assist in defining new features for LigaMagic Transform ideas into code to bring all imagined screen designs to life Guide other teams on development standards and best practices Additional Information **Junior Salary Range:** R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 **Mid-Level Salary Range:** R$ 4\.000,00 to R$ 8\.000,00\.
