




Job Summary: This role involves providing theoretical and practical aircraft maintenance training to clients in English, covering avionics, electrical, mechanical, airframe, and powerplant systems. Focus on maintenance training for Defense and Commercial Aviation. **About the Team:** * Provide theoretical and practical aircraft maintenance training to clients in English, covering avionics, electrical, mechanical, airframe, and powerplant systems, in both entry-into-service and recurrent training scenarios; meeting certification requirements and Part 147 standards set by aviation authorities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Focus on theoretical and practical maintenance training for Defense and Commercial Aviation — "airframe" and "powerplant" systems; * Availability for travel; * Develop, review, and update training materials (training documents — CAF / TNA / Syllabus, training devices, and instructional materials) in compliance with Part 147 requirements from various aviation authorities: EASA, CASA, TCCA; * Develop assessment questions in compliance with Part 147 requirements; * Deliver training (theoretical and practical) in English. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Completed Technical or Higher Education degree in Electrical, Electronics, and/or Mechatronics; * Intermediate/advanced technical English enabling delivery of technical training in your field of expertise (electromechanical systems, airframes, and aircraft powerplants); * Experience in aircraft maintenance environments (line and hangar); * Familiarity with technical literature from various aircraft maintenance manuals; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of developing technical training materials and documentation; * Knowledge of developing assessment questions; * Willingness to undertake regular domestic and international travel, including extended periods abroad. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience delivering theoretical and practical aircraft maintenance training; * Experience developing technical training materials and documentation; * Experience developing assessment questions; * A license issued by an aviation authority. **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass * Multibenefit Card (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * On-site Cafeteria * Home Office Allowance (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) *As per Embraer’s strategic decision, the new work model effective January 1, 2026 will be on-site, with flexibility for up to two remote workdays per week, subject to business needs and leadership alignment.
