Plan and optimize transportation routes, focusing on fast and efficient deliveries. Manage fleet utilization and pickup/delivery schedules, aligning operations with variable order volumes. Collaborate with drivers and customers to resolve operational contingencies. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets Vehicle scheduling and recruitment of affiliated drivers.
