We are looking for a communicative, organized individual with strong professional demeanor to join our team and serve as the first point of contact with our clients. * Greet clients and visitors courteously, in person or by phone; * Understand client needs and direct them to the appropriate agent or department; * Schedule property visits and organize agents' calendars; * Record and relay messages, calls, and client contact information; * Provide basic information about available properties to team members when needed; * Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable; * Answer and route incoming calls; * Respond promptly and politely to emails, WhatsApp messages, and institutional social media; * Receive and forward correspondence and documents; * Update client spreadsheets and databases; * Assist with simple administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and document scanning; * Register the entry and exit of clients and service providers; * Manage property key usage and visitor logs according to company policy.
