We believe respect is the foundation for a positive and productive work environment where everyone can perform at their best. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Challenges:** We are seeking a **Tax Analyst** to handle Conorte’s tax routines, ensuring proper fulfillment of legal obligations and compliance with tax authority requirements within established deadlines. **Working alongside a team that makes things happen, you will:** * Perform tax classification of service and commercial invoices (NFs); * Handle calculation of taxes (ICMS ST, DIFAL, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, and IPI), ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Handle calculation of withheld taxes (ISS, INSS, IRRF, and CSRF), ensuring correct tax treatment; * Prepare, validate, and submit ancillary tax obligations (DIRF, SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, REINF, DCTF Web, PER/DCOMP), ensuring timely submission; * Possess knowledge of issuing outgoing invoices (services and goods), as needed, in accordance with legal requirements; * Analyze applicable tax legislation and provide guidance on its application to client operations, ensuring regulatory adherence; * Monitor clients’ tax status (municipal and state levels, and federal CAC and certificates), ensuring regularity; * Organize and reconcile documents for tax audits and inspections, ensuring information accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Proven experience as an Accounting/Tax Analyst; * Experience working with ERP Protheus (TOTVS) – Purchasing and Tax modules; * Knowledge of Tax Module routines – Tax Configuration expertise is a plus; * Availability to work in Lauro de Freitas–BA, Buraquinho neighborhood. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We offer a healthy work environment and benefits**\*** that promote well-being: .
