




Main Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections to prevent failures, and carry out repairs when issues are identified. Work with electrical systems (such as light bulbs and circuit breakers), plumbing, sanitation, and air conditioning systems. Perform repairs in masonry, painting, and carpentry. Analyze the operation of equipment and systems and conduct tests to identify and resolve problems. Monitor and control maintenance material inventory. Ensure activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, such as NR 10 and NR 35. Prepare reports on maintenance activities and the condition of systems. Supervise third-party supplier work when necessary. Requirements: Completed high school education Previous experience in building maintenance Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance Organization, responsibility, and commitment Availability to work according to internal demands Desirable / Differentiating Qualifications: NR-10, NR-35, or other safety regulation training Job Type: Full-time CLT employment Compensation: R$1.733,81 – R$3.337,53 per month
