Desired * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) or Business Administration. * **Experience:** Experience in Project Management, preferably in the machinery manufacturing sector or custom industrial projects (Engineered\-to\-Order) **Your responsibilities:** * Define, document, and manage project scope in collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and the Client; * Create and maintain the master schedule (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly, Testing, and Shipping); * Develop cost plans, estimate detailed budgets, and monitor expenditures across all project phases; * Plan and allocate necessary resources (human, material, and financial) for execution; * Anticipate technical, logistical, and financial risks, creating mitigation and contingency plans; * Manage scope change requests, evaluating cost and timeline impacts; * Ensure clear and transparent communication with stakeholders: clients, suppliers, and internal teams; * Lead progress meetings (status meetings) and prepare periodic progress reports; * Negotiate and resolve conflicts arising throughout the project lifecycle; * Guarantee final machine delivery, installation, and commissioning (when applicable), securing client acceptance; * Conduct administrative and financial closure, consolidating costs and final documentation (As\-Built); * Record lessons learned to support continuous improvement in the company’s project management practices. **About the Role:** * On-site position in Taubaté \- SP; * Meal allowance, Flexible Benefit (Cajú); * Wellhub; * Conexa Saúde; * Psicologia Viva; * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave; * Birthday day off; * Structured career development plan with real growth opportunities; * Healthy work environment full of learning opportunities.
