




**Activities:** Perform pre-preparation and preparation of food. Cook food according to recipes, using appropriate cooking methods and following quality standards. Finalize dishes, prepare dining tables and meal environments, serve snacks and meals. Manage kitchen routines. Plan daily production, control ingredient inventory, organize the pantry, and ensure food safety and hygiene. Clean and organize the kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and utensils, following food safety and hygiene regulations. Store food properly. Check product expiration dates. Kitchen closing procedures. **Requirements:** Complete elementary education.
