




**TEMPORARY POSITION TO COVER VACATIONS** · Guide the team in the preparations to be carried out on the day, focusing on flavor and presentation of the dishes served. · Assist in plating the dishes served. · Pre-prepare and process food according to the day’s menu. · Cook, plate, and portion dishes. · Organize the workplace at all stages of food production, including solid waste management. · Prepare and plate snacks for departments whenever necessary. · Monitor food leftovers and losses distributed across inpatient units. · Always comply with Sanitary Regulations. · Prepare/plate salads, desserts, porridge, and smoothies for patients according to prescribed diets. · Demonstrate creativity, responsibility, proactivity, observational skills, and teamwork.
