Could you be the Manufacturing Intern we’re seeking in Taubaté, SP \- BR? **Your Future Role:** Take on a new challenge and apply your growing expertise in an innovative field. You will work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative colleagues. You will help shape the future of sustainable mobility by supporting the production engineering team. Day-to-day, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain), contribute to implementing Alstom’s performance system, update and monitor area KPIs, and perform other related activities. **What We Expect From You:** * Support the engineering team in daily tasks and project execution; * Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes; * Update and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the area; * Assist in implementing and monitoring Alstom’s performance system; * Attend meetings with cross-functional teams and contribute to problem-solving discussions; * Learn and apply sector-specific standards and regulations within the manufacturing environment. **About You** We value passion and attitude more than experience.
