You will work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative colleagues. You will help shape the future of sustainable mobility by supporting the production engineering team. Day-to-day, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (such as Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain), contribute to implementing Alstom’s performance system, update and monitor area KPIs, and perform other related activities. **What We Expect From You:** * Support the engineering team in daily tasks and project execution; * Participate in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes; * Update and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the area; * Assist in implementing and monitoring Alstom’s performance system; * Attend meetings with cross-functional teams and contribute to problem-solving discussions; * Learn and apply sector-specific standards and regulations within the manufacturing environment. **About You** We value passion and attitude more than experience.
