Now you can join this team too! **Position:** Store Supervisor – São José dos Campos, SP **Responsibilities:** Manage daily store operations, ensuring achievement of operational performance goals; Oversee inventory, cash handling, and sales processes; Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve monthly sales targets; Plan and propose improvements to internal processes and team performance. Deliver sales training to new employees. **Requirements:** Previous experience in a similar supervisory role; Experience in fashion, apparel, or footwear retail; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred); **Knowledge of financial products:** credit cards, insurance, interest rates (a plus). Willingness to travel; Valid driver’s license.
