Job Summary: Handling routine tax tasks with a focus on tax calculation and compliance with ancillary obligations, enabling progressive technical development. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and recording of tax documents Handling routine tax tasks, focusing on accurate tax calculation and compliance with ancillary obligations. This position enables progressive technical development, with increasing autonomy based on performance and experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Analysis, verification, and recording of tax documents (NF-e, NFS-e, and CT-e); * Calculation of direct and indirect taxes, including ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, IRPJ, and CSLL (as applicable per tax regime); * Tax accounting and submission of key ancillary obligations (EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, DCTF/DCTFWeb, GIA, DESTDA, among others); * Tax reconciliations and support for financial closing; * Monitoring applicable tax legislation; * Support during tax inspections, audits, and responses to official notices; * Communication with internal departments and/or clients regarding tax clarifications. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Knowledge of tax legislation; * Experience with routine tax tasks and ancillary obligations; * Familiarity with tax systems.
