Technical Skills: * Customer support for internal and external clients; * Fundamental concepts of Customer Experience and Customer Success methodologies; * Knowledge of GIS; * Data analysis and interpretation; * Project experience; * IT knowledge (databases and Python-based automation); * Solid expertise in ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and applications such as Survey123, Dashboards, etc.); * Prior experience with companies in natural resources or geomarketing (environmental, mining, oil and gas). Desirable Skills: * Certifications; * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Power BI; * Knowledge and understanding of Imagem’s products and services; * Helping customers achieve their intended goals following purchase of our platform; * Managing onboarding; * Upselling & cross-selling; * Decision-making meetings and project reviews; * Proposing optimal solutions to customers, whether involving changes or maintenance; * Conducting regular follow-ups on the progress of customer projects; * Evaluating customer performance indicators and results; * Collecting feedback regarding products or services; * Preparing and presenting reports to keep customers informed about their current status and future direction; * Strategically nurturing customers with platform-related information; * Managing expectation conflicts by resolving potential issues and engaging relevant departments, including Imagem Quality for continuous improvement of our processes; * Ensuring full platform utilization aligned with customer objectives; * Serving as a liaison between customer feedback and operations/commercial/marketing/suppliers. 2512130202201917366
