We seek a professional to serve as **Controller**, playing a strategic role in the company’s financial planning and accounting control. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial information, supporting internal and external audits, and delivering analyses that contribute to executive decision-making. If you possess an analytical mindset, strategic vision, and attention to detail, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor the **budgeting and forecasting process;** * Monitor budget variances and propose corrective actions; * Conduct **accounting entry audits**, ensuring consistency and compliance; * Perform **accounting reclassifications**, when necessary; * Serve as the focal point for coordination with **internal and external audits;** * Ensure compliance with **legal and accounting obligations;** * Consolidate and analyze financial information; * Prepare **management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)** for the Executive Board to support decision-making; * Support monthly and annual financial closing; * Financial statements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller functions, accounting, or finance-related areas; * Solid knowledge of **financial planning and performance analysis**; * Familiarity with accounting standards and audit processes; * Experience with ERP systems; * Advanced proficiency in Excel.
